Finding your property

Viewings
We will personally accompany you on viewings of a selection of available properties.

Make your offer
Once you have found a property you like, we will coordinate between you and the landlord to agree your offer and any precise terms you may require.

References and tenancy agreement
Once your offer is accepted by the landlord, we will collect the application form and references from you and arrange for your tenancy agreement to be drawn up.
Step 5
Inventory and check-in
Prior to your moving in to the property, we will arrange for an inventory and check-in to be compiled, which will then be given to you for your records within 7 days.
